6630 Polyester film/polyester fiber non-woven fabric flexible composite material (DMD)

1.     Description

It is made from high melting point polyester film and hot-rolling polyester fiber non-woven fabric.

It consists of two layers of non-woven fabric and one layer of polyester  film in the center which are bonded by adhesive.

2.     Characters

It is Class B (130℃) insulating material which has excellent mechanical strength, dielectric and heat resistance.

3.     Application

It is mainly used as slot, interturn and liner insulation for B-grade motor and electric appliances.

4.     Specifications

Thickness: 0.15mm,0.18mm,0.20mm,0.23mm,0.25mm,0.27mm,0.3mm,0.35mm.

Common Width: 1000mm by roll.

Available form: roll, sheet, strip.

Color: White, Pink and Blue.
