HKJ250 is a small type animal feed pellet machine which processes various of raw materials such as cereals ( corn, wheat, barely, soybean, sorghum, rice etc.) and corase fibers ( corn stalks, rice husk, straw, grass etc). There are some additives to be added when pelletizing such as molasses, vegetable oil and vitamins.

As usual, HKJ250 is a customized machine according to clients' option. It is generally made of stainless steel or alloy steel. The capacity of HKJ250 is 0.8-1.5 ton per hour.

Raw materials

a. corn, maize, corn, grain, soybean, sorghum, corn flour, wheat flour;

b. Coarse fiber: wheat bran, corn stalk, soybean meal, grass meal, rice husk, groundnut shell, cotton seed hull, sorghum stalk, cotton, rape stalk, peanut seeding, sunflower stalk, chaff, grasses, shrubs etc;

c. Additives: molasses, vegetable oil, amino acid, bone meal, vitamin

Genernally, raw materials are 100% cereals or over 50% cereals and less than 50% coarse fiber.
