Sante muffle box furnaces are applied to Colleges, Universities and Research institutions, process the sintering of cermet material and ceramic material, heat treatment of some
monocrystal, refractory material reheat shrinkage researching under high temperature, and
used for small batch production.
Muffle box furnace features:
- Operation Temperature: 1150℃ (1200℃ for short time).
- Furnace chamber adopt vacuum forming technology, furnace wire embedded in the inner surface of ceramic fiber furnace chamber, one-step forming liner of furnace chamber could prevent suffering the pollution of volatile matter.
- Heavy duty double layer structure with cooling fan. Lower temperature in outside case.
- SCR control, PID parameter self-setting function, manual / automatic switching function without interference, 30 programmable periods.
- Having over temperature alarm function
