APPLIES IN 3 EASY STEPS:  

1) Place the posterior half of the orthosis marked, Back Around the neck.
2) Then apply the anterior half of the orthosis, marked Front, in ventral position to the neck so that it overlaps with the posterior half and the chin comes to rest in the provided recess.
3) Close the hook and loop Velcro straps.

Do not use traction if you have an acute injury or have been in an accident.
