structures pressure vessels and equipment subjected to severe stress and requiring good
toughness,properties at sub zero temp. down to -50°C.

Applications :
AWS E7018-1 is 490Mpa high strength steel with iron powder and low hydrogen electrode, used in power plants, petrochemical, shipbuilding and offshore platform.

Characteristics on Usage :
This unique electrode is capable of yielding welds which are of Radiographic quality specially designed for high Impact values down to – 46 centigrade and is crack resistant. This electrode has easy slag removal, excellent arc stability and arc smoothness.
