1. Product application and function
ABE-LNWL hexagonal mesh machine is the special equipment to produce the hexagonal mesh. The machine is Reasonable design, simple structure, stable operation, good performance, convenient repair. The total line contains bobbin frame and main machine.
Usage: These products can be widely used in fences of farmland and grazing land,etc.
Machine characteristics:
1. It can set to produce with 3 twists or 5 twists.
2.The machine adopts automatic stop system. If there is broken wires or broken mesh, it will stop automatically. So only 1 or 2 workers can be able to handle this machine.
3. Accessory machine: 1 set of spool winding machine, bobbin frame and one spiral coiling machine

3. Lubrication system
The lubrication system compares with motor, oil pumps, etc, there are two oiling method: automatic and timely. Start oil supplying when turn on the machine, there is an oil valve switch installed above the pump which is for timing oil supply, at least 3 times per shift. It needs lubricate manually Where there is no pipeline to lubricate, such as: oil filling hole of the carriage and the half gear, etc.
