Un-coiler: it's passive feeding way which driven by the reduce motor, combined with the tension device to automatically control the start-stop action of the un-coiler. It is easy to control and simple structure,alleviate the deformation of raw materials in the process of transmission.

Intermittent device: Two stroke sensors up and down to control the related organization start-stop action..

Uncoiling device: It is placed between uncoil system and main punching machine, the motor will stop feeding when the raw materials meet the lower sensor, on the contrary, feeding will be started.

Step feeding mechanism: Supply raw materials continuously for punching machine (using a stepper motor or servo motor, providing accurate length raw material )

Punching machine: Motor pass the power on the pneumatic clutch by driving pulley, start the clutch and drive the crankshaft,  then the crankshaft drives the mould for high speed running up and down.  At the same time, the stepping motor drives the feeding mechanism, connect intermittent feeding with punching action, cut the steel plate into steel mesh.

Roller profiling machine: It consist of rack, drive part, feeding, roll forming, ejection of compact. Motor reducer and sprocket deceleration pass power on each roller. The first set of roller, seine and fixed position, the backroll forming 83 angle and make the deformation meshinto level. The last play the coding and meter counter, and feeding to pneumatic shear, then control the pneumatic shear after setting the mesh length. 

Pneumatic shear: cutting the moldingmesh into lengththat the user required.
