The double column WDW-50J computerized electronic universal testing machine is used to test the mechnical property of metal and non-metal materials, with tensile,s trength , within 50kN, it can do tensile, compression, bending, cutting and tearing test of rubber, plastic, cable, wire, paper, etc, it meets with the requirements of GB, ISO, JIS, DIN, and ASTM, etc, they are essential testing instrument of quality testing section, university and colleges, research insitiitution and industrial, mining enterprise.

The machine equips alternating servo motor for driving crossbeam, the machine is accompany with digital multi-channel closed loop control system which applicates with the latest motor and control system with lots of advanced professional and technical development.
Control software can automatically figure out routine data, such as tensile modulus of elasticiy, exten rate after rupture, non-proportional extend strength RP0.2, etc. I t can realize three close loops conrol and real-time display many testing cures of force- displacement, force-time, and stress-strain, these curves automatically switch, testing process control and data proessing conform to the requirements of GB.
The machien has the following performances: auto zero, auto gear shifting or no subsection, auto indication, auto save, uniconforl or multistep programmed control, auto stop, auto analysis or assistant manual analysis, batch test, testing result statistic, curve select and over-load protection, and the machine is beautiful, multifunctional and operates easily and reliably, can be networked.
