Oil refinery plant including a series of refining processes which are aim to remove phospholipids, FFA, pigment, gums, waxes, off-flavor and other impurities from the oil. To impart uniform color by removal of coloring pigments and to get rid of unpleasant smell from the oil by removal of odiferous matter. However, small oil refinery plant has the same purpose. 1. The neutralizing tank is used for acid for acid,alkali refining or rinse

2. The decoloring tank is for bleaching grease

3. The deodorizing tank is sued for deodotization tank

4. The conducting oil furnance provide the heating for production

5. The vacuum pump provide vacumm for bleaching , deodorization which is can reach 755mmkg

6. The air compressor can dry the bleached clay

7. The air press is for filter clay

8. The stream gererator can gererate stream distillation

9. The quality of die refined oil reached to the standards for edible oil and sa ntitation by neutralization using phosphoric acid, water washing, bleaching and stean refining .

Main Equipments:

1. Roary extractor: The spray and soak the cake with solvent, so that oil fats can be dissolved in solvent (form miscella). After this step, wet meal and miscella (mixed oil) are got.

2. 1st evaporator: The miscella (mixed oil) will be sent to 1st evaporator to separate the oil and solvent. About 85% of oil can be separated from the mixed oil in this step.

3. 2nd evaporator: After the separating in the 1st the evaporator, the mixed oil is sent to 2nd evaporator. By the higher temperature and vacuum, 95% of the oil is get out from the solvent.

4. Stripping tower: This is the lastest step to separate the mixed oil. In this machine, all the oil will be seperated from the solvent.

5. DTDC toaster: The cake from the extractor will enter the DTDC toaster. The solvent in the cake can be moved out. Then the solvent can be recycled. The cake after separating solvent will dried in the toaster. Then you can storage it directly.

6. Condensers: The solvent from evaporate, stripping tower and toaster will recycled by the condenser. Then the running cost will be reduced. It is a modern and one of the most advanced extraction equipment that fixed grid of stainless steel plate extractor. Retained its low power consumption, reliable operation of equipment, long life, easy maintenance, good benefits leaching compared with traditional false bottom and flat rotor extractor. It also has the advantages of high yield, simplified structure, less operational failure, good leaching effect.
