2.Discription

The ductile cast iron Flanged Adaptors and couplings are designed for gas and pipelines , As a wide tolerance system it will fit most standard pipe materials and therefore dramatically reduces the number of dedicated Flanged Adaptors which need to be stocked for maintenance purposes , It is suitable for steel , GRP, PVC, PE, Ductile Iron , Cast Iron and Asbestos Cement . When connecting PE pipes , It is important that pipe inserts are fitted to the PE pipes

1) All the flanged adaptors are assembled by " T " bolts. 2 " 2 1/ 2 " 3 " 4 " 5 " 6 " 7 " & 8 " have four bolt holes. 10 " & 12 " have six bolt holes, 14 " & 16 " have eight bolt holes, 18 " , 20 " & 24 " are with ten bolt holes .
2) Bolts , Nuts and Washers are in carbon steel Grade 4.8 with zinc plated , decrement or according to customer' s request.

These products are mainly used for pipeline flow , pressure and temperature control of various industrial automation production , for example : electricity , petrifaction , metallurgy , environmental protection , energy management , fir-fighting systems.
