Briquette machine Usage and features:

1. In order to ensure the good quality and mechanical strength of the final product, special care should be taken to ensure that the granule size fed to the machine is maintained below 3mm, preferable in the range of 30-40% small than 1-2 mm, with no more than 10% over 2mm.

2. The moisture content of the mixture has also a critical effect on the quality of the final product, so it should be kept in the range of 8-20%.

3. Raw material of coal industry (coal powder, coke, coal sludge, etc)need to make coal briquette, using in industrial boilers and civilian  boiler.

Formation and working principle:

Formation: our charcoal briquette machine consists of three parts: the feed section, the transmission part and the molded part.

The working principle of the charcoal briquette machine is:firstly, the motor transmits power to transmission through the belt;at the same time, the transmission output shaft power to propeller through the floating coupling;then, the thruster of propeller push forward coal through forming die to produce the high density coal balls.
