How to make the phone case:

1.Maxing the pigments and liquid silicone by using the stirring machine ,in order to get the mixture ,at the same time, put the pigments and solid silicone into the gum machine, for getting the mixture ,too.

 

2,liquid and  solid silicone and pigments had mixed ,and the liquid silicone need to vacuum, and the solid silicone need to use the cutting machine .

 

3,filling the mold with liquid silicone by dispensing machine (the logo of the mold  can design by yourself),

and then need to use the vacuum machine to deflate.

 

4,put the solid silicone into the mold (with filled by liquid silicone).

 

5,put  the mold into the hydraulic machine to press about 1min(adjustable),the working principle is thermoforming.

 

6,finally, just open the mold and finish the phone case,put the mold to the automatic cooling table.
