1.With straight through type valve body ,this valve can keep the medium flow by linear when the valve fully opened,so it reduced less energy loss compared with other valves.
2.Easy to operate: As the valve disc moved away from valve seat without any contact,so it has smaller starting torque compared with O type ball valve and easy to operate.
3.Because of double eccentric structure design ,the semi-ball valve is perfectly sealed and can be closed tightly .
4.When the valve is closed ,the wedding force is able to remove the foreign materials ,therefore it has anti-scaling performance.
 
The valve is Most Suitable for hard working conditions

1, Double eccentirc minimize, flushing of sealing face and ball.During the valve is opening, the ball can moves away from the seat promotelyso the sealing face opening time is shorten because of the eccentric,the valve opening is increase,the flow celocity is slow down,so the flushing of the valve is  eliminated.
2, When the valve is opening,the ball moves away from seat,so there is no blocking happens.
3, The metal extrusion sealing can grinder the solid particle,so the medium conveying is more smooth
4, Sealing face self-cleaning: when the ball move away from seat, medium in the pipeline flow throuth the   sealing face evenly by 360° in case the seat is partly flushed and the deposites to realize self cleaning.
5, The sealing face with eccentric structure has self-compensation function to keep the sealing performance of the valv  so that the valve has long working life and reliable performance.
6, From material selection,welding,coating and heat treatment, the sealing face is profesionally processed with HRC60 hardness,so the working life is much longer.
