3 . Produce peocess and quality control:

(1). Wire: We check the wire one by one, including the diameter, the galvanized thickness, and the strength.

(2). Straightening and cut: The work of straighten and cut wire was done by the machine, which will be more straighten and accurate.

(3). Welded: The welded of horizntal and vertical wire was also done by the machine. We input the data of size into the computer , ensure the firm welding spot.

(4). Bending: The 3D curved of fence panel make the fence more beautiful and strong.

(5). Measure: We measure the size of fence panel again, the aperture, the diameter, the width, in case of the mistake made by machine.

(6). Galvanized: In this process, we galvanized fence if you need, it's a protecting coated, which makes the fence panel use a long time.

(7). PVC coated: We coated fence panel with PVC or PE powder, more beautiful and luster, also protect the fence from corrosion.

4. Post:

Each type of post has various specification, suggest as follows:

Peach Post: 70x100x1.2mm; 50x70x1.2mm

Square Post: 50x50x1.2mm; 60x60x2.0mm

Round Post: OD48x1.5mm; OD60x2.0mm; OD76x2.5mm

D-post: 48x1.0mm

Rectangel Post: 40x60x1.2/1.5/2.0mm

5. Surface Treatment:

Electric Galvanized then PVC coated.

Electric Galvanized then PVC sprayed/painted.

Hot-dipped Galvanized then PVC coated.

Hot-dipped Galvanized then PVC sprayed/painted.

Zinc: 400g/Square Meters--600g/Square Meters

6. Package:

(1). The fence panel was wrapped with plastic film, and packed in wooden or metal pallet, stable and protected.

(2). Every post was in plastic bags, in case of rubbing with each other.

(3). The accessories were all in plastic bags, and in a carton box.
