Application:

JB- (C/D) common type metallic pendulum impact testing machine is the basic model for impact testing machine. It is used to determine the impact resistance of metal materials under dynamic load and capable of doing a large number of impact tests continuously. The display method for the models is different, respectively there are analog display, touch screen digital display and computer display. For the later two models, it can display the impact absorbed energy, impact toughness, rotation angle of the pendulum, all the testing report can be printed out. It is essential quality control equipments for metal material manufacturer and QC department, and also a necessary instrument of research institutes for new materials research.

The models are listed below with typical description:

JB Series Semi-automatic type: using button to select the functions, including the pendulum raising, pendulum releasing and impact; a dial gauge is used to show the impact energy. It is easy to operate with high efficiency.

JB-D Series Digital Display type: adopting PLC Controller, the results can be displayed on both LCD digital screen and dial gauge. The test results also can be printed out with micro-printer.

JB-C series Computer type: the software can carry out the functions of zero clearing and automatic return to the releasing position after one impact testing, capturing the energy loss, impact energy and pendulum cycle; The testing results can be queried, stored and printed out.
