Muffle furnace is a electric resistance heating furnace. Different heating elements and insulation material keeps different temperature range, such as, electric resistance wires(0~1200.C), SiC heating elements(0~1400.C), MoSi2 heating rods(0~1700.C), or higher temperature(by special heating elements).
