Design details

Description: The SJZ 0.45-9 scissor lifting table is a safe and efficient way to endless material applications for lifting heavy materials for short distance. Compact design makes it ideal for operations in narrow aisles.

It comprises:

- The elevator part,

- The telescopic arms and lifting jacks,

- The basic chassis with guide wheels, travelling wheels and stabilisers,

- The motor pump unit.

All the parts are designed so that the forces do not exceed half the yield strength of the material used.

The lift can be fitted with many extras including roller tops, bellows, ball tops etc.

It is fitted with overload valve and slow lowering valve to control the lowering speed.

The table is mobile on 4 inflated wheels, two of which will be steering type with help of spring towing handle. Each wheel running on two ball bearings hermetically sealed.

 

Mechanical part

The upper and lower chassis are oversized. The upper chassis plating is smooth metal plate at least 6mm thick.

The electrical cabinet and systems as well as hydraulic gear are mounted on the chassis.

 

Lifting arms

The sizing of the parts and the assembly will enable horizontal, parallel lifting of the plate in relation to the basic chassis. The plate will be elevated by actuating 2 single-action hydraulic jacks acting directly on the lifting arms guided by the roller bearings.

 

Electrical part

The electrical power supply is 415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase, 4 wires. The Contractor will provide all electrification of the equipment from the sockets. The power supply is by a cable reel in a casing containing 15 meters of electrical cable.

The supply, installed beneath the basic chassis, comprise:

-The electrical cabinet,

-The power and control cables,

-The control systems,

-The operating and safety switch gear required.

All steel tube cable outlets will be protected by insulating ferrules.

 

Electrical cabinet

All electrical and electronic control, regulation and other equipment are placed in this cabinet whose protection index will be IP 55. Ventilation is provided by means of sufficiently large louvers.

The cabinet comprise:

- A main, three-pole isolating switch with fuses preventing single-phase operation,

- A main contactor-circuit breaker,

- Contactors and relays used for operation of the elevator table,

- Magnetic/thermal protection of the motor pump unit,

- The transformers supplying the low controlled voltage (24V).

 

Control button box

The various commands are emitted from a control button box.

The box comprise:

- 1 voltage presence lamp,

- ON/OFF button,

- UP and DOWN buttons,

- One emergency stop pushbutton, just acting on raising and lowering movement.

 

Hydraulic system

The hydraulic unit comprise a squirrel cage induction motor, a geared pump, a distributor with solenoid valves and a bleed tank.
