Production Characteristics
1.The machine adopts PLC imported.The whole process of bag making was control by people through the micromputer,such as the start or stop of machine,and the preset of temperature,plastic bag' sample,size,quantity,batch number.It can count automaticly and has stable performance with high-speed operation. The computer can also switch in both Chinese and English.
2.Size of bag made is more accurate on account of photoelectric tracking and control in different positions.
3.6 times feeding materials, packing speed is more fast, operate more steadily, low failure rate and low power consumption.
4.Vertical and horizontal edge cooling and sealing automaticly,rapid cooling, neat cutting, firm sealing.
5.Fold bag automaticly for feeding,make bag on the same side and different.never bag misalignment,more efficient and more accurate than artificial folding, save manpower and cost.
6.The plastic bag finished is widely used for food packing, Laundry detergent, madicine packing, candy packing ,seed packing,clothing packing and so on.
