     HKJ250, named ring die , is a kind of , which processes various raw materials: cereals ( corn, wheat and soybean ); coarse fiber materials ( rice husk, grass, crop stalk, peanut shell and grass ). Generally, raw materials for ring die pellet making machine are cereals(100%) or cereals(60-80%) and coarse fiber(20-40%).
    Based on clients' option, some additives like molasses, vegetable oil and vitamins can be added when pelletizing. Futhermore, this pellet machine can be designed and customized to produce pellets from 1T/H to 10T/H in order to meet different demands.
    Die molds of the feed pellet making machine are made of stainless or alloy steel for your choice. And they has the incomparable superiorities of low cost, reasonable structure, compact layout, reliable performances and easy maintenance. And they are widely used in feed mills, animal farms, poultry farms and aquafarms.

Raw Materials:
a. Cereals: corn, maize, corn, grain, soybean, sorghum, corn flour, wheat flour;
b. Coarse fiber: wheat bran, corn stalk, soybean meal, grass meal, rice husk, groundnut shell, cotton seed hull, sorghum stalk, cotton, rape stalk, peanut seeding, sunflower stalk), chaff, grasses, shrubs etc. 
c. Additives: molasses, vegetable oil, Amino acid, bone meal, vitamin
