Introduction 

Protech lab analysis vacuum crucible furnace Dia. 200mmX210mm is designed for melting metal, sintering, and crystal growth via. TSSG, anneal or spread of semiconductor wafer; roast or sintering of ceramic material. It consists of crucible furnace chamber, quartz crucible and stainless steel flange. It can be sucked vacuum or put in atmosphere.
