Full welded ball valve is made of Full welded Body, Trim, Clip Spring and PTFE or PPL or PEEK Sealing, which can ensure superior sealing performance and prolong its life when the working pressure and temperature deviated within a certain range. Without any leakage, Cast Monoblock design full welded ball valve is more superior to other carbon steel ball valve. It's suitable for natural gas, oil, heating, chemical and thermoeletctric pipe, etc.

Full Welded Ball Valve Characteristics:
1. One Piece Fully welded ball valve won't have external leakage problem. Fully welded ball valve seat is made of Carbon Fiber reinforced Teflon seal and Clip Spring, which can be adaptable to the changes in pressure and temperature, and it won't cause any leakage within the applicable pressure and temperature range.
2. Valve Body material is the same as Pipe material, which won't cause uneven stress from medium. It won't cause deformation because of earthquake or vehicle passing through it.
3. Undergrounded fully welded ball valve or embedded fully welded ball valve can be buried underground directly, thus,it's unnecessary to build high and large valve well, small valve well is enough, which greatly reduced construction cost and project time.
4. Ball Valve Length and Stem Length can be adjusted according to exact construction or design requirement.
5. The machining accuracy of Valve Sphere or ball is very precice and can be operated conveniently.
