replace all other types of PTFE Gaskets. It will seal all aggressive chemicals over the entire 0-14 pH 
range except for molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine. It makes it ideal for use in glass lined pipes, 
or other gasketing applications where the bolt load torque is very limited.
