7.2*43*232.9*16.2 golden,used for motorcycle rear shock absorbers, drawn from 60Si2Mn oil quenching spring wire, wound into warp, then completed and set by multi-channel processes, and done surface treatment according to the requirements of customers. 

Technical Requirements:

1) Total number of coils: 16.2.

2) Number of active coils: 14.2.

3) Free height: 232.9mm.

4) Port deburring.

5) Both ends of the surface were wore off, circumference is not less than 3/4.

6) Shot blasted: pills ￠ 0.8mm ~ ￠ 1.2mm, intensity 0.2 ~ 0.45A, coverage of 80%.

7) Surface treatment: golden spray.
