Detailed Description

 

The Electric Hoist we produced is in compliance with the national standard. The design is reasonable, the machines are of good quatity, the structure is advanced, the appearance is beautiful and the size is compact, the weight is light, and the parts have high strength, big intensity, and all these make it safe, durable. 1. Reducer

Third-class dead axel helical gear transmission structure is adopted,; gear and gear axel are made of heat treated alloy steel; case and case cover with precise assembly and good seal are made of quality cast iron. The reducer is independent, so it's easy to load and unload it.

 

2. Control Box

It has device with up and down stroke protection of break off limiter and can cut off main circuit in an emergency, which ensures safe operation of electric block. Electric elements are of long service life and operational safety.

 

3. Steel Wire Rope

Hoisting ropes comply with the exporting standards. The leading rope taken by the Drum 

does not slip sideways when slack. The factor of safety, on the nominal breaking strength 

of the rope is six. 

 

4. Motor

The hoist motor uses conical motors of relatively stronger starting torque to brake asynchronous motor and does not need extra arrester. The motor s load duration factor is 25%; the motor uses B frade and F grade insulation and its grade of protection isIP44/IP54.

 

5. Button Switch

Its hand-operated, easy to handle, and has two modes of cord operation and cordless remote control

6. Hooks

Load hooks are heat treated and fracture resistant. In case of dangerous overloading or abuse, the hook does not fracture but will slowly yield. The Hook Block is tested to 150 % of full load before assembly.

7. Power

Operating voltage 220-440V, 50/60Hz, 1-3 phase. Low voltage control 36V is standard

High efficient energy-saving motor, asbestos free brake system. 2-speed motor available Sturdy pole change motors with cylindrical rotors and integrated safety brakes.

 

8. Limit Switch

Limit switch devices fitted at both top & bottom ends, switch off power automatically to prevent load chain from running out.

 

9. Pushbutton Switch

Pushbutton switch is rain-proof plastic for severe impact and corrosive atmosphere resistance and mechanically interlocked.

 

10.Electric Hoist Rope Drum

 

Welding rope drum, light dead weight, easily interchangeable, high quality.Coil casing made from superior cast iron, high intensity, no disturbance between rope socket

 

Rope guide avoids intertwining of wire rope, ensures normal operation, extend the rope and drum's lifetime

 

11. Safety Brake

The dual-disk electromagnetic brake features automatic braking in the event of a power failure. As best of free brake linings designed for approx.1million braking operations make for long maintenance intervals
