The operation process of pvc zipper puller making machine:

1. Make sure that the machine is connected to the 220V power supply, and air inlet has connected the trachea. ( the air pressure is around 6MPA) as shown in figure 2.

2. First, turn on the main switch as shown in figure 1.

3. Please adjust your work method to your production. ( automatic or manual ,or adjust)

4. Turn on the temperature control switch.

5. Please adjust the time and temperature you need(Refer to the control panel operation method picture)

6. Beginning working after finish the rising of temperature.

7. Please turn off the system or press the emergency stop when meet the emergency.

How to make the pvc zippper puler:

1,mixing the pvc and pigments by using the mater mixing machine.             

2,put the treated pvc material into the color-matching machine for mixing the pvc and pigments.

3,put the mixture (pvc and pigments)into the vacuum barrel(with stirring),in order to deflate.

4,put the final material into the dispensing machine and fill the mold.

5,put the mold (with filling by pvc) into the baking machine with cooling part.

6,using the pressing machine to press the mold .
