3. Performance Standard
Besides conforms to the drawing and design, the materials and fabrication of tower components shall conform to the following standards (Chinese Standards) and customer's requirements.
4. Steel angle steel tower welded requirements
1 )we used CO2 welding and submerged arc auto welding or other methods.
2 )Welded seam shall be full penetration and grinded.
3 )The welded product has no fissure, scar, overlap, layer or other defects.
5. Steel tower Galvanization
All steel items, bolts, nuts, washers & other components to be hot -dip galvanized with uniform. As per (ASTM-A-123).
6. Company Hardware Configuration
1. The company has advanced digital physical and chemical laboratory.
2. We have one 2500 tons CNC bending machine, have two domestic advanced digital automatic production line for steel pipe tower, have 6 automatic numerical control robot welding system, have one Steel tube joint welding machine, have 3 CNC plasma flame cutting machine, have 5 High speed CNC Angle steel line and steel plate
production line, one CNC tower foot welding robot system., 2CNC Plane drilling machine, 1 sand shot blasting machine, 1 gantry type submerged arc welding machine. 6 cutting/shearing machine
3. Annual production capacity of 150, 00 tons of hot galvanizing line and one Automatic centrifugal bolt galvanizing line.
