Superplasticizer Water Reducer 

General Description :    

ST-01YW is a new generation superplasticizer known as high range water reducing admixture, are chemical admixtures used where well-dispersed particle suspension is required. 

It's a green product with good comprehensive index and no pollution for environment. 

This product is in line with the national standard GB8076-2008 for concrete superplasticizer index.

 Application areas:

 

-Hot ambient climates work

-Ready-mix concrete, Pre-cast concrete 

-Pumped Concrete

-It can used to configurate C30-C60 concrete and also can configurate C70-C80 high strength concrete if the dosage is added and mineral admix-ture is added to the concrete.

 Special features: 

- High-efficient water reduction.

-Won't change the positive properties (for example fluidifying, slump retaining, etc.) of the concrete. 

-Increased compressive and flexural strength. 

- Slump Retention/pumpability effect improved.

Recommended dosage

     And notes:  

- Recommend dosage: 0.4% ~ 1.0% of cement weight.

-The dosage rate could be determine after trail test. Also could be modified to fit variations in cement, aggregate or job conditions or where special performance characteristics are required. It is recommended that special mix designs dosage rate outside recommended rate be developed in consultation with our representatives to achieve specific requirements.
