Application

This product is a newly packaging machine designed for machine in our company; its function has reached domestic leading level. It is suitable for capsule, tablet, big honey pill, candy, liquid, paste, one injector as well as irregular shape Al-plastic, paper-plastic, Alu-Alu composite packaging in pharmacy, healthcare, food, cosmetics, medical equipment industry etc. This machine is adopted with micro-computer PLC, frequency converter, touch panel operation, high automation; it is ideal blister packaging equipment. The product passed the provincial science and technology appraisal.

 

Features

?  Travel scope can be adjusted. Mould is located by located groove so that it's easy to change mould. The machine heats the PVC through conduction and forms it through pressing and frothing.

?  The material is fed automatically. The mould and feeding equipment can be designed as user's requirements.

?  The heating mould will automatically separate when the machine stops, which contributes to protect the material between them and extend the machine's life.

?  The equipment of trace pressing, batch number printing and scrap-collecting can be chose.

?  Manipulator grip and tow wrapper,straight to-and-fro running, synchroning accurately and stably.

?  Speed is shifted by stepless transducer; PC control panel.
