How many parts does CV3000 have?
CV3000 whose capacity is 3 ton cube ice per day, adopts with water cooling system. That's to say, there are two parts of it. One is the compressor unit and ice making system. The other is cooling tower. You just need to connect the water pipes, water pump and power wires. Our machine is controlled by a PLC system. Self-adjustable for the thickness of, self-adaptation for ambient temperature, automatic water supplying, ice freezing and ice faling, no requirement to manual adjustment.

Ice cube
There are two ice size, one is 22mm*22mm*22mm. The other is 29mm*29mm*22mm. The material of the ice mould is stainless steel 304 which adopts the standards of food-grade. The cube ice is sanitary,crystal, hard,regular,beautiful and transparent. It has a wild applications. It can completely meet you demands.
2) Controling system:

The controlling system is for famous Siemens brand name which control the whole ice making process, meanwhile it can protect the machine when there are water shortage, ice full, high/low pressure alarm and motor reversal in order to guarantee the machine run stable wih less faults.
What is semi-automatically packaging system?
It is a system to pack the ice. It includes four parts which are ice bin, pedal switch, screw conveyor and ice discharge outlet.You just put a plastic bag at the bottom of the outlet and tread the pedal switch, then the ice will fall down automatically. It is very convenient and easy to put ice into a bag. Do you think so?
3) Material:
We use stainless steel 304 which has good quality in against rust and corrosion, and meets the food grade standards, and prolong the life span of the machine. The performance is much better iron steel. We use the best material to make machines.
4)International famour componets:
We use famous brands like, Bock/Bitzer of Germany brand name, Simens of Germany brand name, Carlo Gavazzi of Italy brand name, Danfoss of Denmark brand name. LG(LS) of Koera brand name, etc. The main componets are all international famous brands.
5) Warranty:
Koller provide 12 months warranty for our machine. For after sales service, once out of work, you only need to send us pictures or video about the fault, we will mail you the solution to solve problems within 24 hours. If the parts is broken and proved by our engineer for non-personal reason, we will offer free parts to replace within guarantee period; if it is beyond guarantee period, we will charge market price for the new parts.
