motor will create big current shake if start directly ( 5-8 times more than rated current), it makes big strike for electic grid and loaded equipment, heavily reduce motor and equipment service life, Sometimes motor burnt .so,stepless smooth start is neccessory

 3) OPERATING PRINCIPLES:

put special liquid resistor which can perform voltage division and current mimiting into the motor stator loop,

in the starting , liquid resistor's resitance automatically change from large to small within the set time,

when it change to zero, the liquid resistor is automatically cut off and motor get into operation
