Koller MB series ice block machines are new-type design with high efficiency and stable capacity, performance well in tropical area such as Africa, Middle East, Latin America and Oceania. The ice block machine adopts separate design for the ice block machinery unit and water tank part, whcih is easy to install and maintenance. Meanwhile you just need to connect the water pipes and power lines to the machine.

We have different models to produce from 1 ton to 30 tons per day.

Block ice
The ice is hard, beautiful and not easy to melt. And it will be  more efficient  after storing in the ice bin for several hours. The ice making theory is to use the lower freezing point of salt water to freeze the fresh water. Considering the  sanitation of the ice and the salt water, we don't suggest to eat the block ice.

Digital Thermo Controller
The machine uses the digital thermo to control the ice making process, when the  present temp reach the set temp with 3 degree then the compressor will stop. When the temp raise to the set temp, then it runs again. It is very  automatically.

Salt water tank & Ice mould
The material of the tank and ice mould is for SUS304 which has good quality in against rust and corrosion. It can prolong the life span of the machine.

International famour componets
We use famous brands like, Bock/Bitzer of Germany brand name, Simens of Germany brand name, Carlo Gavazzi of Italy brand name, Danfoss of Denmark brand name. LG(LS) of Koera brand name, etc. The main componets are all international famous brands.

After-sales service
 Koller provide 12 months warranty for our machine. For after sales service, once out of work, you only need to send us pictures or video about the fault, we will mail you the solution to solve problems within 24 hours. If the parts is broken and proved by our engineer for non-personal reason, we will offer free parts to replace within guarantee period; if it is beyond guarantee period, we will charge market price for the new parts.
