Instruction
This tapioca pearls maker have 3 feeders, one for dough sheet, and 2 feeders for flour. Before you put dough sheet into the machine, pls put the machine in a level ground, and connect the
wire with electric power, then power light will bright, then open the switch, test the machine without dough. After checked the motor rotation normal, put the dough into the feeder of machine.
Production Method(Just for Reference)
Pour into 2.25 kg water into 5 kg rice flour, and use the dough mixer stir into dough.Through pressing machine, the dough sheet are pressed into 20-25 mm. Put the dough sheet into the feed hopper machine, and then can process the specified size of the Yuanxiao (solid dumplings).
Notes:
1. The machine exported with Chinese plug, 220V, 50hz, 1phase,If the voltage in your side can't use 220 V,please fine one transverter.
2. Before using the machine,please text it without put the dough.Insure the machine runs normally.
3. After finished one day work,pls close the outlet door,turn off the power.then use cloth wipe the parts which touch foods(like the rollers).Wash the machine with water is prohibited!
4. The gear wheel and chain should add lubricating oil per month(decided in accordance with actual condition).
