Features:

7.The material is supplied as a paste, which cures into extremely tough elastomeric silicone rubber ensuring a durable, flexible, watertight bond upon exposure to atmospheric moisture.

Main applications :
1.Used for sealing the fire resistance partitions or the penetration holes of wires, cables ,cable trays etc.
2.Glazing for all kinds of flame resistant windows and doors.
3.Flame resistance sealing for electronic installation.
4.Many other uses for fire-stop systems.

Limitations:
1.Can not be used in structural glazing applications.
2.Is not appropriate for all will be leaking oil, plasticizer or solvent surface.
3.Is not suitable for airtight place, because the silicone sealant need absorb air gas in the water cure.
4.Not for frost or wet surface.
5.Is not suitable for the place of continuous immersion or year-round moisture.
6.Not for substrates made of polypropylene, polyethylene, polycarbonate and polytetrafluoroethylene.
7.Can not be used on concrete and cement substrates.
8.Can not contact with strong acids or bases.
9.Cannot be used on joint which bearing structural strength or places of physical damage.
10.Hasn't performed adhesion and compatibility tests on project substrates and all accompanying accessories.

Installation:
1.Surface preparation: Sealants may not adhere or maintain long-term adhesion to substrates if the surface is not prepared and cleaned properly before sealant application. Using proper materials and cleaning procedures is vital for sealant adhesion.
2.Cleaning materials: clean, fresh solvent; clean, white cloths free of lint or other lint-free wiping materials; primer (when required).
3.Cleaning procedures: Remove all loose material (such as dirt and dust), plus any oil, frost or other contaminants from the substrates to which the sealant will be adhered. Do not use detergent to clean the substrate as residue may be left on the surface. Wet one rag with solvent and wipe the surface with it, then use the second rag to wipe the wet solvent from the surface before it evaporates. Change the cleaning rags frequently, as they become soiled. If cleaned areas are again exposed to rain or contaminants, the surface must be cleaned again.
4.Primers: FR333 fire resistant sealantwill bond to many clean surfaces without the aid of a primer. For difficult-to-bond substrates, the use of a primer or special surface preparation should be evaluated.

Emergent Treatment:
Keep out of reach of children. Once it contacts skin or eye by accident, rinse the affected part with water for 15 minutes or turn to doctor for help immediately.

Shelf Life:
12 months from the manufacture date stored in cool & dry place below 27 ℃.

Black, white, gray, other colours as clients' requirement.

Disposable cartridges: net 200ml, 225ml, 250ml, 280ml, 300ml; 24 pcs / box.  Sausages: net 590ml, 500ml; 20 pcs / box.
