the screw diameter workable is from 35~90mm, L/D is 28:1; Material is 38CrMnALA, with stainless steel heater, specially suitable for transparent material mixing production;

(2) Extruding die:

Vacuum shaping, to make various kinds of semi-round, round pipes and other profiles according to clients' requirements;

(3) Vacuum calibration table:

1.5-3m water tank, with 10 ways vacuum pipe, 10 ways water cooling, 3 dimensional adjustable frame;

(4) Belt type haul off unit:

Speed: 0-15m/min, frequency convertor for control;

(5) Fully automatic cutter:

Online cutting, the cutting length is adjustable, no need 2nd time precise cutting, precision 0.5mm, equipped with turn over pipe collection stand;

(1) Online cutting, no need 2nd time precise cutting, saving work labor cost; with higher efficiency;

(2) Special screw for PC or PMMA materials, with good plasticization effect, finished product without crystallized point, without line marks for perfect transparency effect.
