(1) Main extruder:

YJ35-YJ90 available for option, L/D is 28: 1; control by intellectual temperature control meter;


(2) Extruding die:

It is used to make the inner pipe, size of which could be order-made;


(3) Cooling calibration water tank:

4-6m water tank, water cooling power: 5P, 3 dimensional adjustable frame;


(4) Belt type haul off unit:

Speed: 0-60m/min, frequency converter control;


(5) Drying oven:

Quartz heater is used to save energy consumption and to get high heating efficiency;


(6) High speed thread winding machine:

USA technique is adopted, which is much better than that of China made thread winding machine, no yarn / thread flying or breaking problem, u could get dense and even effect, the speed is over 10m/minute;

2 workstation winder, fast changing device;


(6) Cutter:

Servo motor flying blade cutter specialised for soft pipe, online cutting, fully control by computer, cutting precision: 0.5mm;
