Valchromat is a wood fiber panel coloured throughout engineered for high physical performance. The fibers are individually impregnated with organic dyes and chemically bonded by specifically developed resins that give the panels very good special properties. Valchromat which is the color density board that significantly better than MDF.

Characteristic

Valchromat solid panel with homogeneous color, it is a wood fiber panel coloured throughout. The fibers are coloured individually with organic dyes and bonded together by special resins. The homogeneous colored solid panels give much superior appearance than the traditional panels in layer structure and that the colors of core material are not homogeneous. It does not require the use of paint, avoiding its inherent cost and toxic nature, no need for other surface material and does not require edging.

FSC Certified

The core material shall be produced from sustainable forest plantations certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) for us in products made for environmentally-conscious consumer.

Fire Retardant

Meet EN 13986:2004 for fire standard. Fire retardant meeting ASTM 84 or EN 13501 is available on request.

Moisture Resistant

Meet EN 13986:2004 for moisture resistance-the Valchromat panels can be used in the kitchens, bathrooms and flooring. They should always be protected on all exposed edges to ensure longer life span.

Low Formaldehyde – Non Toxic 

Meet EN 13986:2004 for E1 requirement-the Valchromat panels have very low formaldehyde and are safe to be used.
