How many kinds of heating way of the CRO rotary 

    oven ?

 We have three kinds of ways, electricity, gas 

     (LPG/LNG), and diesel heated.

  Can this oven be used for baking cake?

 Yes, the specialty of this rotary oven is the hook rack  

     rotating design, the rack hang onto the hook, so, not 

     so much shake, and suitable for cake making.

 Does this oven have steam system, we need steam for 

     baguette?

 Yes, this oven has strong integral steam system, 

     enough for baguette.

 Do you have any instructions for machine installation?

 All of our machines are with English manual 

     instructions, if you have special language  

     requirements, please note us ahead of time.

How about the warranty of the machine?

 All of our products' warranty is one year. During this 

     time, any problems of the machine caused by our 

     factory,we will send the spare parts for the 

     replacement, you only need to provide us with the 

     photos as proof.
