Solid surface sizing agent

Property:

This product is added in pulp for the surface strength and water-resistance of the corrugated paper. It can replace other surface sizing agents completely.Due to the Hydrophobic Gene, it can come into being the Water-resistance Gene along with the starch molecular. So, it improves the water-resistance of corrugated paper in the surface sizing process. Then, stop the surface wet again. After sizing with this product, the water-absorption value of paper can be 50% max and water-resistance time can be 3-5minutes.

Using Method:

Put this product into the cooking-starch reactor tank, cooking together with the starch. Usually the dosage of this product is 10-15kgs/1MT for paper. At the same time, it can save the starch 15kgs based on the original procession method. It don't need other liquid sizing agent any more.
