Main Components
The main girder of single girder overhead crane is processed by medium-frequency quenching technology, and this will increase the the intensity and strength of the steel. The end carriages of single girder overhead cranes work as long traveling mechanism, and it combines with beam, Wheel, Motor, Reducer, Brake and Other Parts. The steel plate adopts shot blasting and high quality painting. High quality raw material. The end beam is connection with bearing beam.  
 
The electric hoist of single girder overhead cranes can be divided into two main kinds, CD1 and MD1. CD1 provides normal speed, it is usually used common materials. And the MD1 can achieve two speeds ,the normal speed and low speed. The low speed can meet your precise working demands.  
 
The motors of single girder overhead cranes are used specially crane duty suitable for frequent starting , reversing & braking in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 ISO 14001:2004.Motors are totally enclosed in dust proof construction foot / flange mounted TESC / TEFC , Sq. cage motors with integrated safety brakes, insulation class F, IP54 protection for hoisting, CT & LT motions.  
 
The entire gear boxes of single girder overhead cranes are made of accurate hob cut helical / spur gears & pinions having hardness 250 to 350 BHN made from carbon alloy steel. All gears & pinions running on antifriction type ball / roller bearings in totally enclosed oil bath giving constant splash lubrication. The helical / Spur gear designed for adequate strength and optimum wear resistance for smooth operation & long life.  
 
The operation mode of single girder overhead cranes includes cabin, ground handle and wireless remote control. The cabin has open type and closed type and can be installed on left or right side according to practical situation. The direction of entering the gate has two forms, sideway and ends, in order to satisfy the user's choice under different conditions.These are safe and convinent for the operation staff.
