Introduction

Continuous stirred tank reactor is composed of stirrer and kettle body. There are hundreds of continuous stirred
tank reactors in the industry application. According to the phase state of the reaction, it can be divided into
homogeneous reaction and heterogeneous reactor. Heterogeneous reactor includes solid-liquid reactor,
liquid-liquid reactor, gas-liquid reactor and gas-liquid-solid three phases reactor.

Reaction kettle is based on the study of material mixing and flow in the reactor and gets the results by the use of
the experience formula , which is quite suitable for the production of the small and medium-sized chemical
enterprises. According to the research, more than 50% chemical process focuses on intermittent operation in the
stirrer reactor, and the percentage is much higher is the small and medium sized chemical companies.

Theory

The main material of reactor kettle is made of SS304, SS316L, hastelloy alloy, inconel alloy and tetrafluoroethylene
. The core part of the reactor are Strong magnetic coupling and sealing, mixing device, multiple magnetic steel ring
to make two strong permanent magnetsmade both inside and outside .The magnet body is confined to the
stainless steel sealed cylinder body and connects to the stirring? part. The sealed cylinder, lid and the body
connect firmly to form a static seal chamber. So that the reaction medium can stay in such kind of condition that
is no leak, no danger and no pollution.
