Specifications

JZJ series coalescence vacuum oil purifier is suitable for dehydration, degasification and purification process of turbine oil. It is developed and produced by Wanmei to treat the turbine oil especially. It is an ideal equipment for factories, mines, power station, railways and other enterprises to purify various oils of steam turbine, water turbine, gas turbine and generator units. It combines coalescence separation system with three-dimension flash distillation system, thus it's able to split the emulsion, eliminate the gas and water effectively. Considering the normal operation of user' turbine, it can purify the oil on line and without an interference to the power supply.
 

Application
JZJ series is widely used in most industries like metallurgy, machinery, oil field, chemistry, mining, power generation, transportation and manufacturing to purify turbine oil of generator units. It can get rid of water content, moisture, gas, colloid, acidity, pigment, soap, hydrocarbon, mechanical particles and other harmful substance from oil. It can break emulsification, recover the turbine oil's property and make a well maintenance of lubricating system. It can also be used for antiwear hydraulic oil and some low viscosity lubricating oils to remove considerable water and particles in other electric equipments. 

Structure & Features
1.Three-dimension Flash distillation system
Importing the technologies from some famous brands like German HERING, American PALL and Japanese KATO, this system consists of Three-dimension Vacuum Flash Evaporation Chamber, Flash Pall Ring, Semi-circular Sprayer and Flash Evaporation Plate etc. It can deeply remove the water and gas from the oil.
2.Foam Level Detector and Defoamer Device
Adopting high-sensitivity liquid level controlling system, it can control the oil level in the vacuum flash distillation chamber automatically and ensure the oil level to adjust at a proper range by itself,
3.Oil Pumping System
It owns some advantages like steady operation, without damage on gearing surface, without oil barrier, low noise, long usage, high efficiency and free maintenance etc.
4.Filtration System
Precise multi-stage filtration system makes a high precision reinforced stage by stage. The filters adopted have large capacity of containing pollutants and are able to eliminate the mechanical particles in the oil effectively.
5.Heating System
Our electric heating system adopts unique design and process. It has some merits like heating evenly, keeping oil temperature constant, heating quickly, without dead area and very low surface heating load(≤1.5W/2)etc.
6.Electric Controlling System
Electric Controlling System is designed according to IEC standard, whose main electric components are from French SCHNEIDER brand, which stable performance can ensure the equipment work continuously and also makes the operation and safety protection more humanistic.

8.Double Liquid Level Controlling System
High-sensitivity ball float liquid level controlling is able to control the oil level in the vacuum flash distillation chamber automatically.
9.Coalescence Separation System
Adopting American Millipore material, taking coalescence separation technology for dehydration, using the filter element with particular ingredients which is special for turbine oil and separating according to the different dielectric surface tension.
10.Double Switching Water removal System
The coalescence separation system of JZJ series is connecting with vacuum flash distillation system by switching mode: If it has a big amount of water in the turbine oil, the considerable water will be removed by the coalescence separation system directly, then the turbine oil will go through vacuum flash distillation system to remove the trace water. If it only has some trace water in the turbine oil, the coalescence separation system will be closed while the vacuum flash distillation system opens to remove trace water directly.
11.Strong Wind Condensation System
By adopting the unique technique-Heat exchanging condensation, the strong wind condensation system can enlarge the area of heat radiation to the utmost by optimizing the design of condense
12.Instruments
The instruments adopted include liquid level meter, vacuum meter, platinum resistance, digital temperature controller and electric contact pressure meter. The grade of the instruments is above IP55.
