GL series portable fuel oil filtration & filling machine is developed and produced by Wanmei company. It is a kind of mobile oil filtration & filling equipment. It is an ideal equipment for enterprises to transfer different kinds of oil from one container to the other, at the same time the oil goes through filtration process. It can reach the target of removing impurities efficiently during oil filling.
In order to meet customer's special demand, we also developed GL-R series which is made of stainless steel and innocuous filter element. So it can be used for the purification of cooking oil, vegetable oil and drinking like rape oil, sesame oil, peanut oil and white wine etc.

Application

GL series are applicable to purify mechanical oil, hydraulic oil, compressor oil, turbine oil, insulating oil, gasoline, diesel oil, mixed oil and other low viscosity lubricating oils in power regeneration plant, .power station, oil warehouse, mine and manufacturing. It's very convenient to transfer oil, fill oil together with oil filtration on line. It can also combine with flow gauge and oil compressor gun to count the oil flowing volume.

Structure & Features

• External Optimization Treatment

The whole machine is with mobile and portable structure, the appearance is nice. It's also with slim cubage and light weight. Such design is convenient for customer to fill oil on line. The external painting is treated by four procedures: pickling (rust cleaning), nitrogenation (rust proof), spraying and baking. The surface becomes very smooth after spraying treatment and gets the resistance of oil corrosion.

• High-Precision Of Oil Filtration

Double-stage filtration system makes a high precision reinforced stage by stage. The precision filter element adopts stainless steel net combined with Germany imported high-molecule material, which grants it a large capacity of containing pollutants. The precision of oil filtration can reach 10μm

• The multi-functions

It can not only purify the impurities, but also work as oil filling machine, oil transferring machine, oil pumping in high-position and oil suction in low position. If it's used in anti-explosion occasion, the user can choose anti-explosion version. If it's required to count the oil filling volume, the use is able to select flow meter and oil compressor gun to match it.

• The Advanced Filter Element

The filter element adopts quick detached structure, it's very convenient to be detached and washed. And the electric contacting pressure meter will indicate you when the filter element should be washed. The connecting way of filter element is screw connection. It only needs to detach the screw if the user likes to get a simple and easy detachment and wash.
