First:Gearing system

system consists of motor and hardened surface gear which is specialized designed by our company. (patented).

The gearing system adopts hardened reducer which are special designed by our company( has been patented). Equipped elastic coupling or hydraulic couple between the motor and the reducer.(Optional, it can ensure the normal start even under full load condition). 

The gearbox absorbing European advanced technology and designed with completely independent intellectual property rights. The newly improved gearbox has lower noise, longer torque and more durable. Even in strict production conditions, the gearbox can distribute power effectively and evenly to each mix end device, ensuring normal operation, high stability and low maintenance of the mixer, make high operational reliability.

Second: Motion track

The revolution and rotation speed of the blades have been extensively studied and tested, to give the mixer a high output without causing the segregation of materials with different grain size and weight.The movement of the material inside the mixing drum is smooth and continuous. As shown in the picture, the blades track covers the whole bottom of the mixing drum after a cycle．

Three: Observing port

There is an observing port on the maintaining door. You can observe the mixing situation under the normal working without cutting off power.

Forth: Mixing device

Compulsory mixing is realized by composite moves of extruding and overturn driven by rotating planets and blades. 

Mixing blades are designed in parallelogram structure(patented), which can be turned 180°for reuse according to the customers to increase service life. Specialized discharge scraper has been designed according to discharge speed in order to increase productivity.

Five:Discharging device

According to different needs of the customers, the discharging door can be opened by pneumatic or hydraulic, the number of discharging door is three at most, and designed special sealing device on the discharging door to ensure firm sealing and reliable control.

Six:The hydraulic power unit

A special designed hydraulic power unit is used to provide power for more than one discharging gates. On emergency, these discharging gates can be opened by hand.

Seven: Maintaining door and Security device

In order to improve the security of using the products, our company used high reliability and sensitivity safety button on the access door, make it safety and convenient when overhaulling.

Eight: Water spray pipe

According to many years experience in this industry, the special designed sprayer is installed on the water pipe, the spraying water cloud can cover more area and also make the mixing more homogeneous.

Nine: Security Identifier

Based on years of experience, a variety of security identification are attached to the mixer, user-friendly design concept, enabling our customers to use more secure, more at ease.
