What is our special:

Our machine can produce the hose with 1-6 pieces electrical cable on line. Also can produce hose with metal wire.   Electric cable has PVC cover, our machine when produce the hose, the cables will pass from the die head , but will not damage the cable surface. When produce this hose, we use vacuum forming system to form the hose.

We develop this technology from italy machine. Vacuum forming system can form the hose in a perfect shape. Produce speed can be stable and advanced. The mould processed by CNC , on the mould , we make air channel and use sealing gasket.

 

What is the hose forming method:

We have two kinds of forming table , one is common produce way, mould connected by chain. Another is mould turning in the channel of the forming table , there is no chain between the mould blocks.
