****Real Customer Story

 The real story is about one of my New Zealand customer and solar submersible pump. 

We have discussed about specification of solar submersible pumps for 2 days, finally, customer decided to buy a sample first. Alibaba has a wholesale now, it is very convenient, customer can buy our solar submersible pump online and pay directly. I suggest customer buy at that way, he agreed.

    I made a link of solar submersible pump especially for that customer, same price as we talked before, but I haven't mentioned detailed Model and specification of pump in the link. He paid for that link. After payment, he was very worried(maybe we will send a wrong pump to him)! Of course we will not! He became angry and sent several emails to complain even told he will complain to Alibaba and get money back.

  • This pump can be worked with exclusive controller, owns frequency control, constant velocity and so on, so the pump can pump water under the work model such as constant pressure, constant flow, time switch, network operation and intelligent operation.
  • The pump works both at 50Hz and 60Hz, can remain the head and flow unchanged under wide voltage, output constant when the voltage plusation happens, as our pump is equipped with high efficiency motor(the max efficiency for motor is about 92%), the PF up to 0.99, after deducted the comprehensive loss of controller the final efficiency still higher that the well pump is drove by single phase asynchronous motor.
  • Our pump can be powered by AC, DC and Solar. If connected to solar panels, then it can be solar pump. Our successfully developed solar pumps can change frequency automatically. Input power can switch between solar and AC power automatically. Solar power can be fully used, which is more advanced than other solar pumps working in MPPT. Power can range from hundreds watt to thousands watt, the efficiency ofour pump is at least 20% higher than other pumps.
