1,Overview of the Ferronickel Submerged arc Furnace 

   Ferronickel Submerged arc Furnaceis mainly used to proceed the submerged arc smelting by mixing up
qualified thermal sintered nickel
,carbonaceous reducing agent,additional CaCO3 or CaO and other material
with specific proportion, filling into the ferronickel furnace, inputting high voltage through transformer
,high
current supply system and electrode holder and submerging the electrode into material. After a period of
smelting, tapping into the molten ferronickel ladle, moulding by casting, finishing, and then, quantitative
packaging into storage. Finally, carting the water quenching cooled slag out of the factory.

   The mechanical part of the Ferronickel Submerged arc Furnacemainly consists of furnace shell, semi-sealed low hood, pressure ring type electrode holder, high current supply system, smoke
extraction system, charging system, feed system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, water cooling system, etc.

   Auxiliary equipment consists of sintering system, batching station, charging system, tapping system, casting
equipment, finishing system, etc. Exhaust gas purification recovery device adopts big bag cyclone de-dusting
device.

Electrical part consists of high voltage system (switching station), low voltage system, large screen monitor system
and automatic control system.
