Filter cartridge oil mist dust remover is almost versatile oil mist dust remover to deal with all kinds of situation to remove high concentration dust at a high filtration speed and keep a constant system operation resistant.

Working theroy:

Under effect of fan power, air with dust will be flowed from bottom of dust remover. Due to flow direction through pipes, the device will intensify in a sudden effect of internal multi layers removal function inside it, air stream will slow down ascending and allocate averagely dust removal of equipment, big particles of oil mist dust will fall down naturally in parabolic shape. Air stream with small and fine oil mist dust will pass through 1-3 grades filtration. 99% dust will be blocked out of surface due to filter cartridge. Relatively clean air(eye-seen clean air) ascends inside of filter cartridge, fifth filtration will happen after high efficiency filters, small and micro particles will be blocked by finer HEPA Filtration. Two times deep filtration will make efficiency of 99.9%.

When the outer wall of the oil mist cartridge dust accumulates to a certain amount, it can be recognized through differential pressure sensor automatically, and when the predetermined value of the dust cleaning is achieved, the differential pressure sensor will issue a directive to inform timely replacement of filter element or cartridge.
