Brief Introduction:
1. The dry type iron core starting reactor is in series connection with AC motor to limit its starting current.
2. When motor is started at a rated voltage, initial starting current is great and often exceeds many times than the rated current. In order to reduce the starting current and
cause no impact on the grid, people use methods of reducing voltage commonly to start the AC asynchronous motor.
3. One of commonly used methods of reducing voltage is to use a motor starting process is very short and the dry type reactor is cut off as soon as the motor starts.

Characteristics:
1.Adopting epoxy resin formed solid insulation structure, three phase integrated, with silicon steel sheet as magnetic medium, framework structure composed of iron yoke, high fill factor iron column. Its coil is composed of multiple encapsulations and shunt wound with multi-strand flat copper conductor with small bore so as to effectively reduce the volume and loss.
2.The reactor core and winding are not submerged into any liquid, its cooling mode is air self-cooling, free of oil leak and is convenient for manufacturing and maintenance.
3.Multiple encapsulated reactor coil encapsulated chamber has axial heat emission air flue, with perfect heat dispersion.
4.The reactor coil and iron core, after undergoing hot setting, have perfect electric insulation property and compact structure, with small installation dimension and space.
