• S insert series were made from deformed bar and broached an inner thread at one end, the other end has different shape or broached an outter thread based on usage.
• Diameters is from 14mm to 50mm.
• The scabrous surface or different shape of the insert helped it implanted stronger in concrete components.

? INSTALLATION:

    1. Method 1 (Metal setting method):

 

 

1. Attach setting bolt to formwork

2. Pass the setting bolt through formwork and fasten with ST Insert

3. Waiting for concrete erecting

4. Remove formwork

 

 

    2. Method 2 (Plastic setting bolt and Butterfly bolt method):

  

1. Attach setting bolt to ST Insert

2. Pass the Butterfly bolt through formwork and fasten with ST Insert

3. Place concrete and wait for concrete erecting

4. Remove formwork

 

? APPLICATIONS:

• Besides connecting solution, S insert series also used for lifting solution in some cases and bring the convinience to the constructor when using precast concrete.
