Introduction

YGW-60SF automatic steel pipe bending testing machine is the latest equipment designed by our company specially to examine steel pipe.

Test standards:

CJ136-2007 steel pipes of lining plastic for water supply

GB/T13793-2008 Steel pipes with a longitudinal electric(resistance) weld

GB/T224-2008 metallic materials tube-bend test

ISO 8491 Metallic materials-tube(in full section)-bend test

Characters:

1. auto control bending angle.

2.real-time display for bending angle

3. 90 o,30 o,10 obending test can be realized automatically(set by software)

4.bending test less than 90 o can be finished automatically as well

5. load speed is adjustable(0-100mm/min), precision is ±0.5%.

6. auto displacement(0-400mm) control

7. low noise, can be used in lab in business building or high-end test place.
